Solution

$\lim_{t \to \infty} c(t) = \lim_{s \to 0} s C(s)$

$\lim_{t \to \infty} c(t) = \lim_{s \to 0} s \dfrac{s+0.5}{s(s^2+s+2)} = \dfrac{1}{4}=0.25$
